The consulting services in the matters of Tax & Control Proceedings that are conducted at the Client’s aim at providing the Client with any help in the contacts with tax or fiscal authorities, representing the Client at administrative courts, and settling favourably the dispute.
Our consulting services in Tax & Control Proceedings include:
- preparation of the strategy of the proceedings
- participation in the proceedings as a proxy or/and advisor of the Client
- representation on behalf of the Client and conducting the affairs before the tax authorities, fiscal control authorities as well as the representation before the Supreme Administrative Court and the regional administrative courts
- preparation of the process documents and the contacts with the representatives of the fiscal organs and other authorities of public administration.
