Kofax Capture

Kofax Capture automates and accelerates business processes by capturing and digitizing documents and forms, regardless of whether your information is on paper or in electronic files (e.g. scans, photos). Information can be captured from almost any source: scanner, multifunction printer, print stream, email, fax, web service or folder.

Kofax Capture Enterprise Edition

Kofax Capture is also available in an Enterprise Edition, which offers high availability and crash recovery for critical deployments, on-demand remote access to Kofax Capture modules, and processing of more documents in less time through multi-instance support. Additionally, Kofax Capture Enterprise Edition offers options for enterprise-class database management systems such as IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise and Oracle Database.

Kofax Web Capture

Kofax Web Capture provides a comprehensive set of tools for creating advanced web applications with the ability to view or scan images and capture at the point of origin.

Using a scanner, digital camera, or multifunction printer, users of your web portal or business application will be able to scan and electronically submit documents, certificates, applications, and other supporting information without the need for paper submissions. Kofax Web Capture allows you to review scanned documents, reorder and rotate pages, and allows you to place comments or edit additional information before submission. Such a facility will meet the needs of your customers or employees and will significantly speed up the processes in your organisation.
