“Anti-Crisis Shield 4.0” – support for Polish companies
We regularly inform you about successive governmental bills referred to as “anti-crisis shields”.
- On 31st March 2020 this year the Anti-crisis shield 1.0. was adopted and entered into force on the very same day.
- On 18th April 2020 the Anti-crisis shield 2.0. entered into force.

The “anti-crisis shield 4.0”, introduces, amongst other things, subsidies to interest rates on loans for companies in difficulty. It also provides for very quick restructuring proceedings, the handing over of control over the takeover market to the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), as well as other facilities for employers (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1086).
