New role descriptions within the getsix® Group

Dear all,

The Partners are writing to announce a number of new role descriptions within the getsix® Group, effective from today’s date. We are particularly pleased to announce these changes due to the guidance and expertise they apply to their departments, and also the loyalty shown, some from the very beginning of getsix®.

WROCŁAW

Customer Relations

Having been with the company from the very beginning (Feb. 2007), and having been responsible for getsix® Customer Relations in all that time Elżbieta Naron will now be Head of Customer Relationships Department / Senior Manager. This department can be very demanding, while being pivotal to retaining clients and helping with the on-boarding of new clients, and these specific challenges. Ela’s attention to detail, personable manner and unquestionable skills have been a great asset to getsix®, and long may it continue.

Office

Aneta Kociołek has been with getsix® from the very beginning in 2007. As well as being Office Manager for many years, Aneta’s role has grown to include the very important task of Quality Management and has been a major contributor to our accreditations of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013. Being a kind of unsung heroine, we could take what Aneta does for granted, but it is fundamental to the everyday working of the office. The role description will now be Head of Office & Quality Management / Senior Office Manager.

With a role change within the same department, we feel Magdalena Małkowska should now assume the role of Office Manager. Magda has shown great aptitude within the Office Co-ordinator role and this natural progression will provide further opportunities to further enhance her skill base. A willingness for personal improvement and a good attitude also support this.

Accounting

Following on from the above appointments, we would also like to extend the following role descriptions, Alicja Sobańska as Head of Accounting Group A / Senior Manager and Bich Ngoc Vu Thi as Head of Accounting Group B / Senior Manager. Both of these employees have significant and considerable experience in the world of Accounting, and through hard work and commitment to getsix® they have proved themselves time and time again. Highlighting their dedication, assurance and patience dealing daily with new tax regulations and customers’ requests.

IT

With Sebastian Możejko we have an IT expert/department who is/are developing up to date experience and qualifications, while keeping control of a very tight department. His unequaled devotion to sustaining a fully functioning IT structure across the Group, is an example to us all. During this time getsix® achieved Microsoft Partner Silver Hosting to name only one of the departments accomplishments. We welcome his new role as Head of IT Department / Senior IT Manager.

Marketing & Acquisition

One of our most recent additions to the getsix® team, when he joined in October 2013. Initially, learning about the business and Polish working ethics, but quickly learned what getsix® offers our clients and what makes us different in our sector. Anthony Kerr will now take up the role of Head of Marketing & Acquisition / Director of Group Marketing Communications. He brings synergy of Western thinking to the Eastern European workplace, and understands the challenges this brings, while seeing the great people we have in getsix® to take up this philosophy.

HR & Payroll

Another important department that Anna Urban-Kicka looks after, thus we would like to advise Anna’s new role description, Head of HR & Payroll Department / Senior Manager. Having been with getsix® again from the very beginning (Feb. 2007), providing excellent support, knowledge and guidance to her team. Once again a challenging department and Anna clearly thrives in this environment, providing quality and consistency.

POZNAŃ

Accounting

With our ever expanding Poznań office, having someone senior within the Accounting area is very important to us. Anna Moeglich will now have the role of Head of Accounting Groups / Senior Manager. Anna’s leadership skills and experience are a vital across all the Account groups in this office. Full of enthusiasm, after short maternity break Anna excels in this situation and provides exactly what getsix® requires in this role.
