Social responsibility in practice — our social initiatives
At the getsix® Group, corporate social responsibility is an important part of our organisational culture and the way we build relationships with employees, business partners, clients and the wider community. We believe that responsible business means not only providing high-quality services, but also actively supporting values such as diversity, equality, mutual respect, inclusion and social engagement.
Recently, we had the opportunity to take part in two initiatives carried out as part of the international HLB network: International Women’s Day and HLB Communities Day. Although the two initiatives had different formats, they shared a common goal — strengthening a positive workplace culture, building social awareness and supporting activities that have real meaning for people and local communities.
To mark International Women’s Day, we joined the HLB International initiative under the theme “Give to Gain”. It was a reminder that support often begins with simple, everyday gestures — sharing knowledge, showing trust, offering help and creating space for others to grow. Such actions help build stronger relationships, greater confidence and a more open working environment.
As part of HLB Communities Day, we once again became involved in an initiative supporting the local community. Together with our HLB Poland partners and amavat®, we supported the activities of MOPS Wrocław aimed at promoting foster parenting and raising awareness of the important role foster families play in children’s lives. It was an opportunity to show that business responsibility goes beyond an organisation’s day-to-day operations and can provide real support for important social needs.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this year’s initiatives — employees, partners and companies cooperating within HLB Poland. Thanks to this shared commitment, we can actively participate in activities that promote responsibility, solidarity and inclusivity. As part of the international HLB network and as the getsix® Group, we remain committed to initiatives that support our employees, clients and communities.
Our goal is to create an environment in which everyone feels respected, valued and supported, while also actively participating in projects that have a positive impact on the world around us.
