Yes. In many cases, a company can be established in Poland without the investor being physically present at every stage of the process. Whether the registration can be completed remotely depends on the incorporation method, the documents required and how those documents must be signed.
Where foreign shareholders are involved, powers of attorney or additional documents prepared outside Poland may also be required. It is therefore worth determining in advance which stages of the process can be completed remotely.
